Thank you for shopping with Khaas. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
During periods of high demand, limited releases, or holidays, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather, or other factors beyond our control are not the responsibility of Khaas.
International Shipping, Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage charges imposed by the destination country.
These fees are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Khaas does not:
- Control these charges
- Collect them at checkout
- Reimburse or refund customs, duties, taxes, or brokerage fees
Failure to pay required customs fees may result in delivery delays, refusal of the package, or return to sender. Any resulting costs or losses will not be refunded.
Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned to us due to:
- Failure to pay customs or duties
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
- Multiple failed delivery attempts
The order will be considered final sale, and no refunds will be issued. Additional shipping fees may apply if reshipment is requested.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Khaas is not responsible for:
- Lost packages
- Delayed deliveries
- Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but not received
We recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number for assistance. While we are happy to help where possible, replacement or refunds are not guaranteed.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.
Khaas is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
