Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@bykhaas.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Supporting photos or videos

We will assess the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

As all items are final sale, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Size or fit issues
  • Change of mind
  • Wear after use
  • Sale items or promotional purchases
  • Gift cards

This policy applies to all products, including limited releases and special collections.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds

Refunds are not issued for returned items, as returns are not accepted.

Refunds will only be considered in the rare event of:

  • An item confirmed to be defective
  • An incorrect item shipped by us
  • An order that cannot be fulfilled

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
